Kemlu GO ("App") is provided by Kementerian Luar Negeri ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our App.

We collect the following personal data when you create and use an account on Kemlu GO:

• Mandatory Data:
• Name
• Phone number
• Email
• Password
• Device ID
• Optional Data:
• Face (for profile personalization)
• Location (to improve user experience)

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to:

• Create and manage your account
• Personalize your experience in the App
• Improve security and prevent fraud
• Provide customer support

3. Face Data Collection & Storage

• Purpose: Face data is used solely for optional profile personalization.
• Storage Duration: Face data is stored on our servers for one (1) day and will be automatically deleted unless you upload a new face image.
• Account Deletion: If you delete your account, all associated data, including face data, will be permanently removed from our servers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Your data is stored only as long as your account remains active.
• Face data is automatically deleted every 1 day unless updated.
• If you delete your account, all associated data (including face data) will be permanently removed from our App and servers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except when required by law or for security purposes.

6. Security

We implement strict security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Access, update, or delete your account information in the App
• Withdraw consent for optional data collection (face & location)
